These terms are the rules for using jcgiusto.com. By using the site, you accept them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

1. Who I am

This is the personal website of Juan Cruz Giusto. I run it as an individual, not as a company. You can reach me at hey@jcgiusto.com. My full contact details are in the Privacy Policy.

2. What this site offers

Articles about growth, experimentation and subscription eCommerce.
Free downloads: templates, guides and presentations.
A free newsletter.
A link to book a call with me (through Notion Calendar).

Nothing is sold on this site. If we decide to work together, we agree on that separately, in writing.

3. Using the site

You agree to:

Use the site lawfully.
Give your own, real details in the forms.
Not send automated or bulk submissions.
Not try to break, overload or get unauthorized access to the site.

I may block access or remove form entries that break these rules.

4. Free downloads

Downloads are free. You can use them for yourself and inside your own business.
Please don’t resell them or republish them as your own.
Taking a download adds you to my newsletter. You can leave at any time. The Privacy Policy explains how.
Some downloads live on other services (Notion, Google Sheets, Google Drive). I may update, move or remove them.

The newsletter is free. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of any newsletter email, or by replying “unsubscribe” to any of my emails.

6. Content and copyright

The articles, downloads, logo and design of this site are mine, unless a post says otherwise. You are welcome to quote short parts and share links, as long as you credit me and link back. For anything else, ask me first.

7. No professional advice

What I publish is general information based on my own experience. It is not advice for your specific business, and I can’t promise any result. You decide how to apply it, and you are responsible for that decision.

8. Links to other sites

This site links to other websites and services. I don’t control them and I’m not responsible for their content or how they handle your data. Their own terms and policies apply.

9. Liability

The site, its content and its downloads are provided free and “as is”. I do my best to keep them accurate and available, but I can’t guarantee they are error-free or always online.

As far as the law allows, I’m not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, that come from using the site or its free content. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer that the law does not allow to be limited.

10. Changes

I may change the site and these terms. When I change the terms, I will publish the new version here with its date.

11. Law and disputes

If you have a problem with the site, please write to me first at hey@jcgiusto.com. I’ll try to solve it quickly.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can go to the courts there.

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.
